The Brief:

To prepare condition reports with recommendations for major repairs to the large roofs on the client’s garages.

The Team:

Working closely with the Local Authority Planning, Building Regulations Departments and Arriva Management Team, regularly reporting on progress, budgetary position and cash flow projections.

Specific challenges:

  • Our brief was to select suitable specialist contractors and to supervise and manage the contract, to be undertaken without any adverse effect to the clients business using a JCT Management Contract.

The Result:

This contract was successfully concluded over a four year period.
