To prepare condition reports with recommendations for major repairs to the large roofs on the client’s garages.
Working closely with the Local Authority Planning, Building Regulations Departments and Arriva Management Team, regularly reporting on progress, budgetary position and cash flow projections.
- Our brief was to select suitable specialist contractors and to supervise and manage the contract, to be undertaken without any adverse effect to the clients business using a JCT Management Contract.
This contract was successfully concluded over a four year period.
