Belfry Property Services offer new builds, including alterations and extensions, full new builds including demolitions and complete turn key projects.

We offer site management including facilities management and as well planned and reactive maintenance.

Civil works

We at Belfry also offer civil works including enabling works, groundworks and shoring as well as concrete piling, foundations, slabs and beams etc.

Building services

Belfry also offer building services such as electrical and mechanical service and above/below ground drainage.

Refurbishments

Belfry offer refurbishments. We are specialists in work occupied premises and we also offer design liaison facility as well as in-house joinery workshops.

Relocation

Belfry offers relocation including pre-fabricated solutions, factory moves as well as mechanical installations.

Professional builders

At Belfry, we are continually investing in staff development, and ongoing training programmes. We encourage and support all our staff in obtaining professional vocational qualifications, working with CITB, the Federation of Master Builders and local colleges.
