Having provided some outline costs for the project, Belfry were commissioned to demolish the original “Show” apartment to leave an empty shell for development. With the new plans supplied it became apparent that the new layout would not fit into the allocated space. Belfry provided ideas of adapting the sales pod toilet and kitchen facilities to provide sufficient space for the unit and also to provide new kitchen and toilet facilities for staff and potential buyers. The installation required every trade to become involved from the installation of stud partition walls and dropped plasterboard ceilings to provide fitted kitchens, bathrooms with tiling to floors and walls, including installation of sanitaryware to decorations to a very modern standard using glossy wall coverings and decorative paint.

The mechanical and electrical installation was designed to give a bright and vibrant look with an electrical central heating system providing heat to conventional radiators to all areas.  We were further commissioned to carry out decorations and air conditioning installation to the sales area of the pod with new security shutter installation to all external doors and windows.
